About Timberline Builders
Founded by Dave Hawley and Randy Walker, Timberline Builders has been building award-winning custom homes throughout the Triangle since 1992. Dave is a Triangle native and third-generation custom home builder, bringing over 30 years of experience to the company. Randy, with an accounting and MBA background, has over three decades of financial and business operations experience. This combination of creativity and business expertise has made Timberline Builders one of the finest and most trusted custom home builders in the Triangle, with satisfied customers throughout the Triangle.
Dave and Randy are active members of the Home Builders Associations of Durham, Orange, and Wake Counties, as well as several local Chambers of Commerce. Timberline Builders has participated in Wake County’s Dream Home Showcase, various Habitat for Humanity projects, including the Builder Blitz, and entered homes annually in Triangle-area Parade of Homes events. Timberline is also a proud member of the Triangle Builders Guild.
